What we do:
- Online analysis
- Creating a marketing plan and working towards set goals
- Competitor research and making sure we are doing comp analysis once a week
- Checking rate parities twice a week and ensuring we are consistent with our rates online
- Fixing any parity issues
- Making sure each site is optimised and is 100% complete
- Ensuring the correct keywords are being used on the sites and that they speak to the website
- Uploading the correct size images and shuffling them once a week – uploading new images, tagging them correctly and using the correct keywords
- Ensure that ranking increases with work on the site on a weekly basis
- Making sure our property comes up high when doing research with our VPN
- Jumping on all the different opportunities which the sites offer us (only if this falls within our marketing plan)
- Using the reporting tools to ensure our Social Media paid ads are reaching the correct target market by seeing an increase in a specific area (Again, all the marketing efforts need to speak to each other and show growth)
- Growing the OTA sites with new listings which will help and push your revenue and visibility
Reporting
Report will be given on a monthly basis. We will report on the following:
- Ranking
- Content scores
- Revenue feedback
- Additional marketing ideas/suggestions
- New site suggestions and feedback
